Step1: Tease front of hair section to create Poof. Secure with a small elastic and two pins.
Step 2: Create four sections into small pony tails and secure each with an elastic. Add a bit of paste to control any fly-aways.
Step 3: Use curling iron to curl four sections. Tease ends of hair with a comb and pin them in.
Step 4: Smooth out and blend any bumps with a comb and add hairspray for hold.
